The NMCPCP Primary and Secondary Sustaining Project 1 project consists of nine upgraded treatment process facilities across 6.9 acres and rehabilitation of the plant’s blower buildings. 

The scope includes replacing the valves, actuators, monitors, and instrumentation and installing a new access platform, spray system, piping on existing tanks, and drain pump station. The newly constructed concrete utility building will support a 22,000-gallon waste tank and house three pumps, a monorail system, and mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
