Ivy City Trainset (ICT) Maintenance Facilities

The Ivy City Trainset Maintenance Facilities project involves the construction of a 125,000-square-foot maintenance facility, the removal and reinstallation of 12,500 linear feet of track, the construction of four maintenance and inspection tracks and three services and cleaning tracks, and updates to two high-speed rail tracks. 

The scope includes the construction of a new industrial waste processing facility and the installation of two and a half miles of new waterlines, along with comprehensive electrical and IT infrastructure.
