Branch Avenue Storage Yard is a 39-acre site project consisting of six buildings that serve as storage and maintenance facilities for trains serving the Metrorail's Green Line. The property features a 178-unit railcar storage space. The project includes system integration services, including the installation of train control, communications, and traction power systems compatible with existing WMATA facilities.
