Century City Center Tops Out in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES – On December 20, representatives from Clark Construction Group, along with developer JMB Realty, construction management firm Cumming Group, and architect Johnson Fain, gathered to celebrate topping out the 37-story Century City Center. 

The 730,000-square-foot office tower and mixed-use development is set to redefine modern workspace standards. It will feature Class A office space, retail and dining amenities, a fitness center, and a two-acre garden that connects to the roof of a 1,500-vehicle parking structure.

This ceremony underscores the team's dedication to meeting the challenges of this ambitious project, from overcoming material and labor shortages to orchestrating one of the largest concrete pours on the West Coast.

Century City Center will be a key addition to one of Los Angeles’ most vibrant commercial corridors. With its innovative design and sustainable features, the project aims to serve the evolving needs of businesses while enhancing the surrounding landscape, offering best-in-class workspaces that integrate productivity, collaboration, and well-being for its tenants.

The remaining scope of work includes completing the interior build-out and the surrounding landscaping and hardscaping. The project is projected to be delivered in 2026.
