Andy Armstrong

As a field leader with Clark’s Western Group, Andy Armstrong provides executive leadership to project teams, establishes objectives and policies, and monitors construction and financial activities to ensure the client’s success.

Andy ensures the proper resources are leveraged throughout all project phases to deliver on time and on budget. He carries responsibility for all field operations, including project plans and construction schedule development.

Since joining Clark in 2002, Andy has built a portfolio of notable projects that include:
