Otay Mesa Land Port of Entry Modernization & Expansion

The Otay Mesa Land Port of Entry Modernization and Expansion project provides the port with adequate operational space, reduced traffic congestion, and a more efficient layout for port operations and the traveling public. The project includes tenant agency buildings, a hazardous materials importation transferring process from the export facility to the import facility, office spaces, and an employee parking structure.
