West End Infrastructure

West End Infrastructure includes the construction of underground stormwater treatment and management facilities, duct banks, onsite roadways, and the realignment of adjacent public roadways.

Once infrastructure work on the 52-acre property is complete, the site will be developed under a separate contract into multiple mixed-use development blocks, which will include a new tower for Inova Alexandria Hospital, a fire station, a centrally located bus transit hub, and 3.5 acres of parks and open space.
