Based in Northern California, Richard Totaro enhances project development efforts for Clark’s Western Group by focusing on client, designer, and trade contractor engagements that strengthen our ability to provide robust budgets, estimates, and critical deliverables to clients.

Since joining Clark in 2010, Richard has contributed many of Clark’s most notable projects in the region:
