Jesse Rice

Jesse Rice leads project delivery efforts in Clark Construction's Southeastern Group. He ensures projects are successfully planned and executed by developing the overall strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations. 

Since joining Clark in 1997, Jesse has developed strong relationships with federal market sector clients. His portfolio of notable projects includes:

• National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Campus East
• White House Visitor Center Rehabilitation
• Georgetown University Southwest Quadrangle
• Dulles Metrorail Silver Line, Phase 2
