Greg Smith oversees Shirley Contracting Company's delivery of comprehensive transportation and heavy civil construction services that shape communities and enhance infrastructure throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
He is responsible for day-to-day operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
Since joining Shirley in 2000, Greg has contributed to the success of many notable infrastructure projects, including:
- I-95/Route 630 Reconstruction and Widening
- CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel Reconstruction
- I-66/Route 29/Linton Hall/Gainesville Improvements
- Route 28 Corridor Improvements
