Damon Spinks is responsible for preconstruction, estimating, and procurement efforts for the Texas market and assists with these efforts for Clark’s Central Group.
Since joining Clark in 2016, Damon has built a portfolio of notable projects that includes:
- Alamo Exhibit Hall and Collections Building
- ATL Plane Train Tunnel West Extension
- Ellington Airport (EFD) Traffic Control Tower and Utility Building
- Harris County Joint County/City Processing Center
- Kansas City International Airport (MCI) New Single Terminal
- Frost Tower
