With 28 years of industry experience, Chuck has overseen the completion of several of the most complex projects in the transit industry, including the following:

• Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Orange and Blue Line Rehabilitation
• WMATA Blue Line Traction Power Upgrades
• MD 355 Crossing
• WMATA Electrician Labor Services Contract
• Metro Traction Power System Upgrades on the Red, Green, and Orange Lines
