Bob Richard is responsible for facilitating Clark Civil's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and systems coordination.
Since joining Clark in 2001, Bob has overseen the work on notable projects, including the Riverside Heavy Maintenance Building, Dulles Metro Rail Silver Line, Phase 2, and The Wharf.
